They come in small packs and look like tiny glass beads. Once in the water, they absorb it fairly quick, but you do need to make sure you give them enough water to get the full size. They look like multi coloured frog spawn and have a similar texture. Very durable. I tried squeezing one till it broke and couldn't do so.I'm not sure how long they would last though given they are filled with water and presumably will start to decay at some point. Also worth noting that these obviously do not dissolve in water and so are a clogging hazard.They're fun to mess with and look good as a decorative thing. For the price, they're an okay product.

Bought these to use in a footspa for my daughters. Balls were smaller than I'd had hoped for so didn't look as many in there.

These tiny coloured balls expand in water, I left mine overnight. You can see from the photos of them in my hand how much bigger they get.I think they’ll look lovely in a clear vase with flowers in.The colours do dull somewhat as they soak up the water but they still look very colourfulWhatever you do don’t drop them, you’ll have a devil of a job picking them up and they’ll bounce all over the place.
