The media could not be loaded.  Simple to set up. Clear instructions (may need a magnifier to read the print, however!!). Solid quality. I have used B5 fountain head. It worked as soon as it was put in the pond and the spray becomes stronger with stronger sunlight. It continues to work in shade, but with less power, obviously. The battery backup aids this co tindal spray. The 4x anti-move tubes work well. Mine has not moved from where I placed it. My pond is a Stewart 80 litre half-barrel and this fountain does not move from the middle, despite the straws nowhere near touching the sides. I love this little fountain

When first installed it worked well when in both direct and indirect sunlight, indicating that the battery system was doing its job. In less than a week, having changed the filter every other day, it only works now in direct sunlight, indicating that the rechargeable batteries that the system included, have failed already. Would have been nice to have at least got the rest of the Summer out of it before it started to fail.
