Silicone Baking Set and Utensils (Set of 13) by Boxiki Kitchen - Silicone Cake Tins, Brownie Baking Tin, Loaf Tin, Muffin Trays, Spatula Set, Brush & 6 Measuring Spoons

One of the best items I’ve purchased. I’ve used the muffin and round cake pans for now, but can say they exceed my expectations.

This is a great baking set we have used it a few times now and it really is nonstick. The metal handles make it easy to take in and out of the oven especially when you have a runny mixture and the silicone trays work Perfectly at keeping the bakes in tact without any sticking to the sides. They are so easy to clean even the sticky substances come off with just some warm water and soap. The quality is fantastic and there seems to be no rusting. It is a little expensive however it seems that you would only need to buy these once and they would last a lifetime. I would highly recommend the set it would make a great gift for Someone who loves baking.

I am already a fan of silicone bakeware, so when these Boxiki Kitchen Deluxe set arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality. The silicone is much thicker than anything I’ve used before yet still just as flexible for turning out great bakes. With the steel frame they have not only good sized handles but gives the silicone much more strength, stopping the silicone from sagging and ruining a cake rising. This what I got; a loaf pan measuring 8.5” x 4” x 2.75” big enough for a 2lb loaf or cake. A square cake pan measuring 8.5” x 8.5”, a large round cake pan measuring 9” and a 12 cup muffin pan. There’s also two very sturdy silicone bowl scraper utensils and an equally sturdy baking brush. An finally a set of measuring spoons. All dishwasher safe and the pans are oven proof up to 260 C and freezer safe. There is one issue I have, the pans I have particularly wide handles, which is fine until I tried to put the muffin tray into my oven, it doesn’t fit, it’s just too wide. The pan width is 45 cm (17.7”) I have a Rangemaster Professional range oven, the pan is just about 2 cm too big to fit my standard width main oven, so please measure the inside of your oven before ordering, it won’t fit mine lengthways or widthways. (My husband has bent the handles slightly so it will fit my oven that will definitely help but it’s a shame we have to alter it to fit) The only other point is on here the seller states 3 free e-recipe books, but I received no paperwork with a link to these, there’s nothing on the cardboard on the pans either, a bit disappointing. There’s no warranty offered on the pan set so we will see if the steel lasts, as so many metal pans go rusty around the edges where the water gets caught, I’ll update this review if they do rust in a short time, hopefully it won’t as the silicone is excellent. They are priced at £75.99 at the time of writing my review, I admit I was surprised by the price, but having seen and used them I can confirm they are really good to cook with and they clean up easily. I'm really conflicted writing this review, as, on the one hand, the baking trays work fantastically well, but on the other £82 for the set?? It's ridiculously high. So it's a five-star performance at a two-star price! What's unique about these trays is that the body is silicone, but the rims and handles are steel. This gives you the best of both worlds as there is immense flexibility but also support when handling meaning nothing is going to get squished or crushed. We've baked muffins, bread, and brownies with the trays performing well on each use. The bread came away cleanly with nothing left behind whereas the brownies/muffins did get stuck probably as they were too gooey. The trays are easy to clean though, and so de-gooing took no time at all. The utensils are alright, nothing spectacular and they too get the job done without any fuss or issue. Labelling it as a 13-piece set, while technically correct, is a push as it's including the six measuring spoons individually rather than 'one set of measuring spoons'. Overall the trays are good, and I like the combination of silicone and steel, but the utensils are meh. The price has fluctuated a bit since I first got them and is at it's highest of £81.99 currently, which to be fair I think is far, far too much. You can probably get comparable utensils/measurers for £1/each meaning the trays are around £20 each. Are they worth that much? I'm not too sure.

I was not sure what to expect when this arrived considering the price, but the difference in quality to the one I currently have is amazing, there is such a difference from just having the metal edges and makes whatever you make so much easier to get out of the oven etc as it makes them not be flimsy. We have used this to make savoury muffins and cakes and nothing sticks plus they are really easy to clean. Overall these are a fantastic set and you definitely get what you pay for.

I love this baking set, I've used the cheaper stuff before but this is a different level having metal frames. Cakes and muffins come out so easy and cleaning up was also a breeze they are a quality set of baking pans and utensils, just feeling them they feel a step above others I've tried, they might seem expensive but it's like all pots and pans you really do get what you pay for. I recommend these they are top quality.

I was initially quite shocked by the price of these as I’ve bought much cheaper silicone bakeware in the past but I now realise why these are worth more. If you’ve baked before, you know the appeal of silicone; ie how much easier it is to get your baking out after cooking compared to conventional metal tins. You don’t have to spend time and money on lining papers and greasing sides with extra butter and using less paper is kinder to the environment too. Silicone bakeware is so much easier to clean afterwards because less gets stuck to them in the first place. What’s great about this set though is that it combines the best of both types of bakeware. You have a rigid metal framework and then the silicone moulded you that. So these tins are so much easier to hold, much more stable to put in the oven, so much easier to handle when the batter is still soft, and your bakes still slide out effortlessly after baking, leaving barely anything behind, so they are a ‘piece of cake’ to wash up after. If I wasn’t already so impressed with the bakeware set, there’s two great spatulas which are equally well designed and made and a pastry brush too. The measuring spoons are ok, but feel a little brittle but I’m really not bothered about that because the important stuff is 100% excellent!

This set seems a little pricy but I think for the quality and annoying you get in it it’s worth it. The quality is really good on all the items. Everything works great. You get so much in the set as well. I’ve now tried it all out and I would definitely recommend.
