Good quality product but an issue with the spray mechanism
Seems to be a great quality option for a vitamin D supplement, however there is an issue with the packaging. The spray mechanism fires the liquid all over the place. I try to aim under my tongue but some of the liquid has ended up on the walls of my house, on a mirror and on soft furnishings. I think I will need to go outside to take my dose. Also for the price of this product it's a concern that a certain amount is being wasted. I wouldn't buy again unless the issue with the spray mechanism is corrected. Edit: increased to 5 stars - if you're careful to press down the mechanism slowly, the product shouldn't spray all over the place.

It does the job!
Very good quality, high dosage with minimal effort just 3 sprays. The peppermint flavour isn’t overpowering but can make you cough a little

i love this Vitamin D however the plastic pump gets weak towards the end of the bottle, hard to use it. taste good. Also the clear cup on top gets easily broken, which for its price it should not be.. however I still recommend it

Helped with PMDD
I used to suffer from PMDD which caused a lot of issues in my relationship. I would be crying and feel hopeless for days out of every month. Since I started taking this daily I haven't experience any of that. If I do it's very mild feeling of sadness before that time of the month. Honestly changed my life and my relationship. Can't live without it.

Bought this before from somewhere else! Definitely works as had bloods done and my vitamin d levels were spot on

Wouldn't be without it
I have purchased this Vit d K2 spray numerous times. I would definitely recommend it. I normally get it from bare biology but needed it quickly so ordered from Amazon as I got next day before 1pm delivery

Quite an oily spray.
I usually use a different brand, however, this one was more economical to buy. There is a slight minty taste, but is definitely oily. I still use it. Not sure if I will buy this again?
