This “pillow” is Amazing. The concept is simple, give support between your shoulder blades and it works. I’m a 250lb guy that travels often and overseas flights are easy with this. No neck pain. It could be made a bit better in terms of durability, but folding it back in the bag is super easy and it comes with a carrying bag. The bag could also be better quality, it won’t last. However, it’s cheap, and I think you would want to just replace this each year for the sake of cleanliness. If you are using this all the time on planes, it would either need to be washable or replaceable and I think they went with option 2 as their business plan to get more business. Just my opinion. The problem, I left mine in a Hotel and now they aren’t available. This also makes the product bad. If you can’t keep up production then don’t out your product on Amazon!Overall great pillow, unfortunately I can’t get another now. 😞

This product has so much potential, but the fabric is horrible. It scratches my skin, so I hardly use it. It’s a pain to put a blanket inside of it and then use it. I just don’t understand why it was made so uncomfortable. If the fabric were soft and comfortable, I would love it!

I love the support this pillow offers. I purchased it in anticipation of a 3-week trip to Europe coming up soon. I have used it in my recliner, which makes it very comfortable. It's a bit bulky and I have concerns about squishing it into my back pack or carry on. I have tried numerous times to get it refolded to put in the case, but so far have not been successful in figuring which straps buckle into which clasps. I've watched the instruction photos - nope - buckles and straps ("male" and "female" connectors) don't match. The obvious strap and buckle have "matching ends" and they do not connect. I can cram it into the bag that comes with it, but it seems much bigger and bulkier than it should be. There are no videos about how to put this genie back in the bottle, so I'll twist the straps to make them work and hope they hold up over time.

I used this neck pillow for a trip to Europe. The neck pillow was sturdy enough to support my neck, the right size so I didn't feel straggled, and easy to transport. I think the extra neck support was what this product so awesome. The extra neck support keeps everything in place so it doesn't move around. I would recommend this product.

Yep, finally slept on an airplane! On flights, I typically only sleep for about 1/2 hour stitches. I travel multiple times a year to Asia and I have tried every type of pillow out there, none work. I stumbled upon this and gave it a whirl, glad I did. For some reason, this pillow worked for me, that additional support on the back made all the difference. I slept for five hours straight (miraculous) on both legs of a flight to Asia! Then slept again on both legs on my return trip. Pros: I get to throw away about a dozen neck pillows. Cons: this thing is big l, but manageable

I bought this because my brother got one and his was firm and I liked it. I got mine and it was not firm. It was very soft. I'm not very happy but was to lazy to initiate a return.

Very uncomfortable when used as shown. I ended up folding it and using it as a (hard) pillow on my flight. Won’t be bringing it along again.

My mom is really tiny, and airplane seats are not designed for her size. The curve in the seat back means she is always slumped forward. Not anymore! The back support on this pillow does away with that problem. In a few weeks she travels from the west coast to Italy, so this pillow is a very small investment to help ensure she arrives feeling as well as possible. On another note, my mom likes this pillow so much she is apparently using it while watching TV.
