I love this stuff. I live for it. I can't stop eating it. The perfect amount of heat to satisfy my need for spice. Everything is prepped perfectly and the sauce is perfect. Great value too. Crunchy, spicy goodness. Remember that old woman with the Frank's Hot Sauce? That's how I feel about Fly by Jing's. I put that stuff on everything!! There is no other hot sauce for me.

If you like spicy foods, you will probably like Fly by Jing. If you’ve never had Sichuan pepper, you need to try it! I love this stuff. My order arrived quickly and in good condition. Packaged in a nice box suitable for a gift.

the original wasn't spicy enough. The xtra spicy was just right. The taste wasn't bad but I do prefer the momofuku extra spicy one.

I got this from one of my coworkers. I put it on my pad thai. It added good spicy flavor. Now, I put it on my pizza, mix with dressing, add to certain soup... I always have a jar in my fridge now.

I must have (had) 8 to 10 different bottles of sauces, dips and other seasonings. Not any more because I’ve finally found the one, authentic, compliment I discovered in 2006 while working in China. Don’t get me wrong, I had Asian Chili, Curry, Latin, Thai, Wasabi BBQ, Buffalo as well as local products which are all good but this product tops them all, hands down THIS STUFF ROCKS! From Ramen to Crawfish boils… unparalleled. I’m asked what the secret ingredient is and I almost tell everyone. I can’t bring myself to waste by simply discarding and, as such, transplanting them to the employ refrigerator at work 😎. Mix with Honey for a basting sauce to get “Sweet Heat”!!! Chicken, Pasta, Egg Rolls, Pork, Shrimp Cocktail… even Curries and Lamb! Awesome flavor and heat at your discretion given amount used and or mix ratio. Shelf life and lot number on every lid and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to keep a 6oz. jar for more than a month or so. Find myself reaching for it, daily!

Don’t be fooled by the marketing, this chili oil is as the title says, it’s just okay…nothing more nothing less. I was originally very excited for this product and accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription so I’ve purchased the 3 pack 3 times 😂🤣 needless to say I’ve had enough of it to write a very honest review. First off, as a chili crisp oil it misses the mark. Theirs very few crispy elements to it, it’s mostly oil and all the “crispy” stuff is just kind of a sludgy emulsion of coarse spices at the bottom. With all that said it does work well if you use it as a kicked up chili oil! The flavor is sort of meh, it tastes mostly of some sort of an artificial bullion. This odd flavor completely overpowers everything and makes it hard this product universally. In other words…everything you add it to will just taste like Fly by Jing. As for the heat? That’s really where this product shines! The heat profile this adds is excellent and you won’t be disappointed, and the extra spicy is actually extra spicy so if you’re after the extra heat this product is excellent. I personally won’t be picking this up again, the odd bullion flavor is over powering and just doesn’t do it for me. But if you’re looking for a spicy chili oil that goes well in place of ramen flavor packets this is perfect!

Delicious. Addictive. Perfection. Xtra spicy is quite spicy but not enough to smoke you out. Doesn't leak and seals well. Crunchy and squishy texture both at the same time.

I was extremely excited about this purchase. I was expecting a chilli crisp product. What I received was a chilli oil product with very little crisp. Actually the amount of crisp is laughable. The flavor is fine but this is not a chilli crisp. Laoganma is a actual chilli crisp product. It is almost all seeds packed in oil. I opened both bottles to see if there was a pacmi g error but they are both almost all oil. Very disappointed...
