Some interesting pointers but not easy to read - understandably.

Excellent!

Despite being written in the 18th century these learned lectures are as up to date in the quality of their advice as if written in the 21st century. Very valid, (a common senses approach from someone who has the teeshirt as we now say) and still very helpful to any art student to sit at the feet of a master painter, who unusually for that profession is able to convey the intricacies of painting in an easy to read style. A must download to the serious lover of art and very suitable to a kindle read ,if in landscape mode.
