Works extremely well, absolutely no concerns
High speed DDR5, don't let the 4800mhz fool you, it might not be 5600mhz, but you might be surprised that there are a lot of proprietary laptop setups that aren't even able to utilize an XMP Profile to actual make use of 5600mhz, also the 4800mhz with low CAS and timing, from what I understand really are the factors that are most important when determining RAM speed and functionality within your particular rig. There are several RAM speed calculators you can Google Search and find that will allow you to input the timing, CAS, and frequency as well as whether your system has an XMP profile, etc. This will ultimately help you find the best, fastest RAM for your particular device. Don't fall for the gimmick that they high number means that it is faster. You must take CAS Latency and Timing into effect to find out what your really getting out of your RAM. In my specific use situation, I was very easily able to upgrade from 16gb RAM to 32gb ram with this like latency RAM which works looks any other with the same quality, functionality, you would see in pricier components. The particular laptop I updated was the ASUS Tuff A16 AMD Ryzen 7 -7000, with Radeon RX 7700S dedicated graphics. This memory upgrade helps to expand the working cache when gaming, especially with large file sizes. So if you are wondering if you're ASUS A16 Ryzen rx 7700s will be compatible, it just certainly will be recognized right away from the BIOS!

What's important to know? Awesome RAM!!!
Have to admit that in the past I've been a bit of a brand snob - not necessarily what the public at large might consider the elite of the elite, but rather a couple of brands that I've only bought in the last couple of decades after initially just going with whatever. This wasn't a case of just going with whatever, but it was a case of possibly taking a risk into the unknown. I'm so glad that I did - I couldn't be happier with how this RAM's performing in my laptop (even though the laptop downgrades the frequency), and I no longer fear having too many apps and tabs open.

16 Gb RAM modules (32 GB total) Failed after seven months.
I bought these Silicon Power DDR5 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) 5600MHz (PC5-44800) CL46 1.1V SODIMM Non-ECC Laptop RAM Computer Memory SP032GBSVU560F22) October 2024, got them installed in my laptop and everything was running great. Fast forward seven months later and I started having instability and system hangs. After much trouble shooting I decided to remove the ram and reinstall stock ram 8 Gb modules (16 GB total) and everything went back to normal. My laptop was running fine without any problems other than slowing down when running data heavy excel workbooks. Which is why I upgraded the ram in the first place. Just for piece of mind I installed the 16 Gb modules again making sure they were seated properly and the problems reappeared. I attempted to find a way to contact the manufacture but amazon would only redirect me to the main Silicon Power web site. I reached out to them via email but received no communication from the company. I highly recommend not purchasing products from this manufacturer.

Easily the best upgrade I did to my laptop, let alone cheaper than the famous brands. Would recommend to get

Yo. Mad turbo speeds.
Listen, I'm not great with computers. I have a Dell G16 (think lower end, or slightly lower end component filled AlienGear laptops, which Dell owns)It came with an Intel Core i7-12700H, Nvidia RTX 3060 6gb, 1tb SSD, and originally came with 2 8gb 4800MHz ddr5 modules for a total of 16gb. It was already pretty damn snappy and all that but I thought oh what the hey.I made sure to watch some youtube videos and read some articles etc prior to my project and I'm glad I did because there was a good 15-20minute period where, had I not known about it, I would have assumed I had broken something or my laptop was not booting for some reason. One of the steps involved in replacing the ram is disconnecting the battery and so I'm assuming it does some kind of complete check and it did eventually boot up just normally and I was very happy to see that I now had 32gb of ram in my system summary.
