Safety Harness Fall Protection Kit: Full Body Roofing harnesses with Shock Absorbing Lanyard - Updated Comfortable Waist Pad

I have not yet completely unpacked this harness. I bought it because it was a good/low price and had the quality and features that I was looking for. Specifically the strap that connects the harness to the anchor rope is good. I already have another harness, this is in some ways an upgrade.It weighs quite a lot, more than my existing harness. I suppose that the weight may be proportional to the serviceability and quality.

Worked amazing and came the same day as promised! It is very durable and made from quality material. I was very confident while working at approximately 20' in the air.

I'm not a contruction worker or a trades guy. Just a homeowner with very steep and high slopes where I have pull weeds and plant stuff every now and then. I bought this at the urging of my wife who was concerned I was going to fall one day. Since I'm getting older I probably would have slipped one day and gotten injured. At the top of my slope I have iron fencing so I can attach the two clips to the fence maybe about 10-12 feet apart. The tether is too long for my use so I have to bundle it up tie it up. The harness itself fits well as I'm not a big guy and there is a lot of slack left over particularly in the waist and leg areas. I only wish it had a clip on the front because of the way I am using the harness. The clip on the harness for the tether is in the back so I had to put in a sturdy D ring around where the harness is secured at the chest area. But now I can work down a little lower down on the slopes and not worry about falling down 15 feet. Before I would spray the weeds with roundup but then accidentally killing some of my good plants.

It's of good value. I am a professional tower climber, and like a light harness. This suited my purpose very well, especially for the cost.

So initially it took me forever to put it on and then I realized that I had it on upside down and backwards lol. After that I put it on and went up a 5 story ladder with complete confidence. Once I got about 6 feet or so off the ground I decided to climb down slowly and test to see if it would hold. And it did. I’ve been using this for a lil while now and is definitely a great safety feature to have if you’re working up high on roofs or anything else.

Allow 4 to 12 hours to figure out how to set this thing up.Actually it looks like a well made harness. Problem is too many latches and connections for the average person.No instructions included. It might take a full DVD to explain setup.
