I remember this from when I was a child (several decades ago) so I trust the brand to control any infestations. I only use it outdoors. This summer we had an ant infestation in the garden and this stuff worked a treat. This powder works on contact. I also use the Nippon liquid ant killer to eradicate nests, because the ants take the liquid back to the nest with them.

Exellent product easy to use and very effective.

But...the inner cap was very lose and popped out everytime of use, spilling far more that desired on the area, no wonder the ants went it was like a blizzard and snow mountain!
