I most often obtain either gel or powder food coloring due to the consistency & not changing the saturation or consistency of whatever I am adding to. However, I noticed this set of many unique variations & although not a usual liquid color fan? Decided as the size & largesse of quantity would provide great insight on colors otherwise would never use (as if I haven’t used n know the outcome in visual? I would never have tried. Just wanted to be clear on my wording there.) and I am extremely pleased I decided to try this set of so many interesting additives!To be honest, it might be purchased in a gel or powder next time, but has expanded my abilities in color range a great deal and am extremely pleased with the variety! I made a small batch of buttercream frosting for the sole purpose of adding these to that in attempt to see how they worked in addition, and to use as a visual tool in further obtaining!Have not gotten through the entire collection, made it through about half, all with pleasing results. Not saying all the colors met my expectations or wish to use again? But many did! And most of those I would never have placed in consideration without the ability brought solely by these tiny bottles! Will try to get to checking out the rest of the colors this weekend upcoming, but it does require more time than I feel I can find lately. But if able? I will try to remember to include a video here showing my findings for perhaps some colors others might be considering. I should have remembered to do so with the original color test? It was last minute and didn’t occur to me until I was cleaning up. But when time shows? I will try to include.Very pleased with the variety and the size as not too much if you don’t like? No wasteful regret as enough to explore for use with a larger size if wanted! I definitely recommend to anyone who would like to explore the colors as this allows, and so reasonably priced? Great creative tool!

The colors are very beautiful a lot to choose from when making and decorating cakes.

I like the colors they work better than what I was using but they still look lumpy in white chocolate and that’s what I bought it for. Maybe I’m using it wrong but I’m notSure

Used these at the coffee shop for fun colorful drinks. They did well, lots of them came with so many different colors. We were able to get very creative with them.
