Powerful
This is powerful enough for an off road search light.Great value, I ordered a second for another project.Cord is pretty long. Just plug it in and go, easy. Functions as it should.Doesn’t overheat.

Not Recommend
Poor componets, , did not last but 7 days.. Used to power a small 1.5 amp electric motor .. This device is rated for up to 15 amps.. DC, it burned out or should I stopped working,, . Never got hot, it just would not provide On and Off demand of electric motor.

Good power supply
My Green Mountain pellet grill power supply died, and a replacement was well over $100. Checked the amp rating and picked this up. I cut the end off and soldered a male adapter for my application. For less than 1/2 price my grill is back up and running. This housing is a little cheap and likely not as weather proof as the original, but I can replace it 2 more times and still be ahead.
