Base is fine neck is too small and velcro will come open fast just from dog moving around. I bought the medium size for my 25lb frenchie and the neck was still too small. The large would have been too long in the body area though. The velcro also wears out fast, the zipper isnt sewn in at the bottom so when you wash it the zipper pull comes right off and you have to sit there and fuss with it to get it back on the zipper... does not wick moisture at all so I highly suggest putting a puppy pad in there under your dog's belly area.

My Frenchie is doing great with this. Took no time to figure it out. Has made her quality of life so much better.

This device might work for small dogs but I have a mid size GS and the device was not heavy enough to keep the dog leveled, had to return it. Even after following all the requirements to complete the return (I might have missed some dirt on the bag) the company charge me $75 restocking fee. Update - Company refunded me an additional $37.8 after communicating with them about the issues I had with the product. If you are thinking about this item for your dog, try calling the company to make sure it will work for you.

This is a great idea that would really help a paraplegic dog, but it is too small and too warm…. Larger wheels with an axle would work better than the casters.Gets stuck too easy.Will wait for the new and improved version

However, there was no real hole for any bathroom should the dog have to go. My Jack was covered in feces and urine when I got home. I was only gone thirty minutes!!! There was a hole that looked like someone cut it on the but that’s my poor boy hung out of. I had very high hopes for it. The best I can say is it fave me ideas on how to make my own and they are refunding me.

My dog passed away the same week the scooter arrived. Unfortunately she never got to use it but it looked like a quality product. Returning the scooter was easy and effortless. That was nice at a time when I was so broken hearted.

The issue is that the wheels go in all directions. Therefore the dog would try to go forward on the wood but he would roll backwards.Sad that it didn't work. But sure what type of flooring it would work on because the wheels about an inch or so in diameter.

I used the description on the website to buy the item, but it was too small. When I returned the item to get a larger size, there was a $99 restock fee (nearly half the price). Ridiculous. I should have re-sold it on EBay.
