Great laptop for basic and some advanced needs.
While having an extremely affordable price point this unit delivers not only in speed but useability. The keyboard is probably the best that I've ever used and is very solid. The build quality is astounding and very solid with no fear of something breaking, especially in the hinge category of the screen. No, it's not a one handed open but who wants a flimsy hinge anyways. This is more than adequate for students and anyone who desires a solid laptop for both home and school as well as business use. Games run as expected but it's not a high-end gaming device. However, this one delivers awesome performance with just the right amount of RAM and storage. It's not only light enough to carry around but also very responsive. Lenovo did a great job in the assembly and build quality and I can attest doing programming and video editing this unit fits the needs perfectly. My final thoughts is if anyone is considering a new laptop this one ranks very high.

Great little machine, great price
This reminds me very much of the IBM ThinkPad I had years ago. Which isn't surprising considering Lenovo took over IBM's computer business. It's lightweight but sturdy. The keyboard is great for typing on. I use this as a second computer to do my writing when I'm not at home. The 8GB RAM is plenty for my needs. Although this isn't a gaming machine it plays some of my older games like Age of Empires and Diablo II. There are a few downsides though. The hard drive is tiny but I bought an external hard drive for less than upgrading the storage. It would be nice if the USB ports were on the right side instead of the left. And the function keys are a little off. You have to press the Fn keys to get them to work instead of things like the volume keys. All in all though I'm very satisfied with it and would buy another one when the time comes.

Great Laptop at a cheap price
I bought mine as a refurbished product. There was really nothing wrong with it. It was just stuck into that windows 11 restricted mode, which was easy the get out off. It’s great for my normal office needs and the price was awesome.

great product for the money
the product is great! My last computer died right at the being of the semester so I had to think fast and cheaply. this is the best. it is light, fast, and a great buy. the only downside I can see is that it has a lower-quality audio and visuals than my last computer. but over for the price and the functionality of it, this is a great price. also just for clarity, I use my computer for college, work ( computer work and video meetings ), and entertainment such as TV and music.

About 1 year later, no audio device issue
Laptop worked normally but now there’s an issue where no audio device is installed. Cannot remedy. Warranty expired. Not buying Lenovo again.

It’s not 8 gig of ram
Not as described. Is not 8 gig.. is actually 4 gig.The processor is a 10th gen I3 not an 11th gen. I’m still somewhat satisfied with what I got because the price was so low! In the process of upgrading it myself to make it 8 gig. This was an inexpensive laptop.. almost like it is too good of a deal.
