I bought this window AC windshield kit to help seal around my air conditioner, and it made a huge difference. It keeps the cold air inside and blocks out drafts and bugs. The material feels sturdy but easy to adjust, and installation only took a few minutes. It also gives the setup a much cleaner look. Definitely worth it if you have a window unit and want to save on energy.

Much better than I expected. Does the job and is adjustable, it will likely fit any ac unit. Edit: changed to 1 star. The moisture from the ac was rolling back into the vent. This caused an immense amount of toxic black mold to grow inside of the unit. I became very ill because of the mold and would like to warn others to use this attachment with caution and to check the inside of the ac from time to time if they have already purchased the item and can nit return it.

I hated that my bed was higher than the window AC and it really wouldn’t cool down my bedroom. The AC was useless, so I had to use a large plastic bin tub LID and prop it up to make the air flow up. Then my cat would always knock it down. Doing this blocked the whole side of the bed, so I couldn’t walk on that side. Then I found this! I’ve never seen or heard of this before! I was very hesitant in purchasing because i wasn’t sure it would work and it looked super cheap and flimsy. Plus I didn’t think it was worth paying almost $20 for it. But this was the best $20 I’ve spent on Amazon in a really long time! It does exactly what I’ve always wanted for years and didn’t know that this even existed! This shield reflects all the cold air up and over my bed now. The room FINALLY feels like I have AC!! It’s amazing! It doesn’t block the aisle anymore and it’s held up with my cat jumping near it and knocking it down. I would definitely buy it again it it ever breaks!! It’s a must have!!

Out of the box, the deflector is flimsy and difficult to work with. However, as it is assembled, it gets much more rigid. There are a lot of parts, more than needed. The instructions say to assemble there pieces and the parts are available but only two are needed. The instructions are poor and I had to rely on pictures on Amazon to finally determine how to assemble. After assembly, the deflector works great. This was purchased for my mom in her apartment to keep cold air from blowing on her while she rested on her sofa and it works. All in all, we are satisfied with this kit.

I would give this 5 stars so far. I bought this for the ac unit in my rv since the air blows directly on the bed and the vents doesnt stay closed. So far it seems to do exactly what i needed. It has adhesive that sticks to the wall/ceiling/ac. Its pretty sticky but i dont think it will hold up long. We will see. IF the adhesive doesnt hold, im able to put a couple of screws through it so its not a big deal and still worth it. It was very easy to put together and install.

Work well but the glue part needed to be screwed into ac because it kept coming off the ac.

Came in a box that was smaller than my shoe - not expecting that. It's very flimsy plastic that has been rolled up and cannot hold its shape. The instructions make no sense- I think there's a translation issue. And it kept collapsing. The arms are not strong enough to hold the visor up. I was also missing adhesive for the water proof thing. This is actual garbage. 🤦‍♀️
