Great lift
Nice lift good balance ,excellent gauge of steel started on these trowels {WHS/TYZACK}way back in the seventies, then within 2 to three years it was all Marshaltown with only the old boys using these trowels and the WHS Canadian pattern was creme de la creme in those days so this brings back memories auf wiedersehen pet wouldn't have got a look in Belfast,London,Germany and Holland, cash, beer and great craic

Buy a Marshalltown
This trowel is garbage. I bought it simply because I fancied a change from the Marshalltown I've been using for 20+ years. It really is cheap nasty crap, I put it in my toolbag on Friday unused and by Monday rust was appearing, the rubber stopper on the handle is in ruins after a week, whereas a MT will last the life of the trowel. Breaking a brick makes a loud ringing noise akin to a school lunch bell. It's flimsy and will not last. The 'leather wrap ' handle is neither leather or wrapped, it's like a bit of stuck on laminate patern exactly the same feel as the rest of the handle. The handle offers no grip, I resorted to scratching it on blocks to try and get some grip. Awful. Really, really awful.

Do not buy
Do not buy it.Such a shame as the handle and balance is lovley, bought two to try and one for the apprentice .Normal wear and tear and the seam/weld split between the trowel and neck.Gave it the benefit of doubt because it was comfortable to use and bought another and the same happened again, them a week later the apprentice's went!!Only good for a DIY once in a blue moon use so don't buy it if you're a tradesmen

Hoped this would be as good as it looks but only the handle and shaft ...
Ok for 20£ but Very tingy blade and handle is very long. OK for a spare but will be using my marshalltown 19/11 as always!Hoped this would be as good as it looks but only the handle and shaft seem to be reasonable quality .the blade just seems very cheap and thin and the noise it makes if you tap it is like flicking a empty tin can.Shame the tyzack brand name is stamped on it?
