I like these lamps. They are very nice. I lost my remote controls for the lamps, I want to purchase new ones, however I have no idea how to contact customer service. I can not find any infoe on the company’s page to contact them.

This lamp is perfect! I decided to fallow through with this viral trend! I searched on amazon for hours comparing different “Outdoor wireless Lamps”.I needed something affordable. But i’m also someone who wont sacrifice the quality of something over the price. And I was also worried that these outdoor lamps are more water resistant than full blown waterproof.Well…ITS FULL BLOWN WATERPROOF.I also wanted something that wouldn’t be a total loss if my mounted shelf in the shower fell.(since this remodel was done behind my husbands back because he would have never let this happen) Can you imagine? “Hey baby, I’m going to instal a lamp in the shower”Once i got the lamp I was very comforted by how durable it felt. If that shelf falls ( and several have) the lamp will be fine. And that’s what I need in my life. Im the type of woman whose amenities need to take a beating.This little lamp has had a big impact in my life.The lighting in our bathroom has always frustrated me. I have chronic pain and anxiety and to anyone else who fights a daily battle no one can see. You know that for some reason lighting is Everything.their customer service is exceptional. I sent thema sad email (including this video) telling them how happy I am with my new Shower Lamp and i’m so sad because “I took the remote into the shower with me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ “They responded with in hours, and are sending me a replacement lamp.Yes, I know there is a 24 month warranty. But, In my experience most manufacturers will require you to mail in the defective product (in which they will inspect for water damage) and I wasn’t going to assume the warranty covered people who decide to use their outdoor lamp in the shower and then figured they could take the remote in there with them. (ME)But they did 🥹🎀It’s 100% water proof, It’s been in the shower for a week. Operating through 2-3 shower per day. Whatever you use it for keep the remote somewhere safe because it will break your heart if you break it. 💔

I purchased the outdoor table lamp from Amazon in August of 2023. The first lamp I purchased died after the first year (I used it a lot) but the warranty covered a replacement and the company even gave me an extra year of warranty coverage. Since purchasing, have used it at my cabin every weekend I go up. I have no power at my cabin but I keep this lamp on the low setting and it’ll last for 3 night. Perfect for me! I really like the warm light color this lamp produces. The “white” light color is very similar to a warm white 60W incandescent bulb. I use the flickering cantle light feature on low while reading in bed and my wife can sleep right through it. It’s bright enough to read by but not so bright that my wife can’t sleep. I also purchased the solar version of this lamp because my daughter likes to keep it on as a night light over night. If I put it outside first thing in the morning, it’s charged enough to last the night again by the time the sun starts going down. I’m probably going to get one for each room. I highly recommend either this lamp or the solar version… or both!

The product died not even 6 months old. It would no longer hold a charge and the batteries are not replaceable. I threw it in the trash today. Don't bother. It wasn't very good anyway.

Perfect light for outside use. I will also use it inside for minimum lighting. Love the different changing colors. Also, it’s chargeable. No need to run an electrical cord.

Won’t charge after having only charged once in less than 4 months so can’t return to Amazon.REVIEW UPDATE: am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars because after I complained with the sentence above, the vendor reached out to me and refunded & replaced unit. I do realize the product was updated and at least you know this company takes their product and customer service most seriously. They corrected problem to my satisfaction so bravo to them…

I love the light but the remote quit working so I ordered a new one. Since the remote quit I had to let the light run out of charge. I tried to recharge the light but now it won’t charge so I am not sure if the new remote works

This is a great lamp and added ambiance to our porch. I’m really pleased with it and love that it’s rechargeable
