Helped better my hydration efforts.
Been using this product for months now, I love the taste and has been a great addition to my routine to ensure I am getting enough water intake each day. I experience less bloating on this product than with others and it is priced similar to other products.

Easy hydration on the go
I bought these to help me stay hydrated during my pregnancy and now I’m still drinking them to help with breastfeeding. The flavors are all delicious but one of my favorites is the lime. It mixes in water very easily and helps me get in those much needed electrolytes!

Love love
This is one of my favorite products. I thought it tasted too salty the first time I drank it, but now I’m obsessed.

Good flavor
I use another brand at home but wanted a travel-friendly option for when I go out of town. This products fits the bill and meets my needs perfectly. I got the lime version and it takes really good.

Only 4 stars because i haven't tried every product on the market
So far, I've tried Nuun, LMNT, Primal Hydration, Trioral, and Trace. I do long extensive runs and hikes in Wyoming and leg cramps have always been an issue for me. I still think LMNT still is the best tasting, but it's the most expensive. Trace is so far my favorite because it has sodium, potassium, and magnesium, has a great taste, and is still cheaper than LMNT. After going to Trace's website, they seem to be deeply involved in the health industry and provide a wide variety of other great products for health. Highly recommend this brand. Salty Watermelon is fantastic!

Closest to Pedialyte I've found without unwanted additives
I had been drinking about 2 liters of pedialyte per day because of a GI condition, but the cost and the additives in pedialyte (the dyes and too much sugar mostly) got me looking for an alternative. Needed a formula and electrolyte ratio that was as close to pedialyte as possible, and no extra vitamins (Like B vitamins or any other extras), just electrolytes. After researching and looking at dozens upon dozens, I landed on this one. Been using it for a few days, and I'm happy to say that it hydrates just as well as pedialyte, costs less per month, and doesn't have the additives I was trying to avoid. I have the salty watermelon flavor and it tastes great! I'm really happy to have found this solution.

Very effective
This stuff is a bit hard to find for some reason, but it is quite tasty! I like the amount of Potassium in this mix vs. some others, and that it does not have any sugar. I also enjoy the lack of questionable ingredients. I mix it for about 24oz, but it states you can use 16-32 oz and I have tried all the ranges. When I am very dehydrated, I like it a bit stronger and I perk back up faster.

absolutely loaded with maltodextrin
claims to be sugar free but it has maltodextrin in the flavoring that they do not put on the label. It's easy to test for maltodextrin using iodine which turns deep purple when exposed to maltodextrin.
