it’s just flat out awful
have used this for 5 weeks now. at first it was “okay” NOW it is literally the biggest piece of junk ive ever owned. can’t return. apparently does not have warranty. RUN absolutely do not buy.

Works ok, variety of attachments
Arrived missing 3 pieces customer service was nice and sent 1 of the 3. I won't bother pursuing the rest. Doesn't have instructions. Works ok but some parts are flimsy. Will do for our home purposes but shop around if you're going to need it for a business or heavy projects.

Top Plate tilts downwards
I had one before - same brand and everything - and it lasted me 3 years until the part that you connect the mug press and other items broke. I then got this one and had to return it almost immediately because the top plate tilted downwards and the same happened to the next one I purchased. I think it's time to look for another brand which makes me sad because I loved the first one!
