doesn't stop jack s*** from going down the drain unless you're using it for like I guess, leggos maybe? hair goes right under and through the "strainer" and suction cups don't work.

Well I needed to trap my hair from falling and I bought this looked good but doesn't suction right the hair goes through the bottom. If you flip it it works better still doesn't catch hair. It should have coast like a $1.00 not almost $5.00 bucks. Does t really do the job.

This is the best hair trap ever! There are so many different types of drain stoppers for both kitchen sink and bath tubs or showers. It's really difficult trying to find something to that actually works. The stoppers that slip directly into your sink drain or shower catches some dibree, but not all of it. Some or most of it seem to slip right between the drain and the stopper. The other type of drain stoppers are like this, but some are too thick on the edge or easily slides especially for the shower drains. I personally love using this in my bath tub. Instead of the slip in the drain ones, this prevents the hair from sliding between the drain and the stopper. The suction cups helps to keep the trap nice and snug against the bottom of the sink. However, a slight down side to this is I wish the suction cup was made better or even a little bigger. It tends to loose it's grip at times an slide a little but it still prevents the food from slipping between or under.I was able to purchase this at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a drain stopper for either your shower or sink. It works well for the price and comes in a cute shape and colors of only the suction cups were stronger or bigger this would be a guarantee 5 star. I find this gadget perfect for the bath tub! :)
