Im on day 8 of taking this product daily, once a day. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my stress levels and sleep especially. I’ve been very on edge lately and stressed out. UPDATE: New Elements provided the ingredients of the flavoring. I was told that it is grape juice concentrate. They were not able to provide the sugar content per dose (or even total in the product) which was disappointing. I appreciate the seller communicating with me on this. Naturals ingredients are a plus. The dosing dropper is a pain.I wanted magnesium + B6 in a sublingual form because I am having trouble with malabsorption. The taste is fine though a bit too sweet for me. Also regarding taste - I find it frustrating when companies list things like "natural grape flavor", as is done with this product. I need & want to know all ingredients & I know many others do too. I particularly want to know the specifics on this one since there is a widely used grape flavoring product that is produced using a toxic petroleum-based process. Hopefully that is not the case here. I did reach out to New Elements asking for more info but haven't heard back yet. Just bugs me when there's an ingredient list with something so vague on it. My biggest issue right now though is with the dropper! The dosage is supposed to be 2mL. The dropper shows measurement up to 1mL. This would be helpful except I can find no way to actually get the dropper to fill to that point. Guess users are just supposed to try for the .50 mark & use four of them? This is a large amount of liquid to get the dosage for one thing. And for another, having to try & get four .50 measurements for just one single dose is ridiculous. I have to use sublingual B12 every single day & it comes in a lovely little spray bottle that gives you an exact dosage every time - it is fantastic, so convenient in just two quick sprays. Wish this New Elements product could come in same format. I have seen other liquid B vitamins that are too viscous for a spray. But that does not seem to be the case with this magnesium + B6 liquid. I'll keep using this for now. Not sure that I will reorder though.

I haven’t try this before but when I already did it, it was unbelievable! It helps so so much for sleep! The effectiveness is incredible!

This product tastes good and makes you look forward to the daily dose. Reminds me of a grape flavored elderberry. Not sure yet how to rate effectiveness. will report back.

This really boosted my sleep quality, helping me drift off and stay asleep longer. Honestly, it's way more effective than any melatonin I've tried in the past.Update: I’m not sure this is exactly 30 servings! I’ve gone through the bottle pretty fast even with measuring out the 2ml serving size.

If you hate taking pills and capsules, then I highly recommend the liquid drops.
