Comfy
The pillow was a bit larger (taller) than any other travel pillow I have used in the past. It is extremely comfortable and you can't beat the price. The phone holder came in handy while flying. I usually fall asleep because my arm gets sick of holding my phone. I haven't used the eye mask

Great Travel Pillow
We bought these for our last trip to Florida. These pillows were a Godsend. Super comfortable while being lightweight. Love the memory foam. There were some additional little items that we didn’t use but probably would on a longer trip like eye mask and phone holder.

Very good for long trips
I have used it in several trips. The pillow provides good comfort, although not stellar. The materials are good, although as commented by other people, the front facing cords look like can break apart very easily. Overall a good kit for the price.

13 hour flights are tough on anyone and in any seat but this pillow?! wow i slept 8 hours straight and woke up without any soreness or neck aches

Perfect
Used the neck pillow on a long trip and it was great! Love that I can pack it up into the small bag when not in use. The phone holder worked great as well. Great value!

Meh…
The neck pillow is okay. A bit better than the regular ones, but not by much. Eye mask is flimsy and uncomfortable. Ear plugs are just the basic sponge type. Phone holder broke on the first flight. And the carry bag is so small it’s not convenient to be able to quickly out all the item back in. You have to fully compress and tightly roll the pillow to get it back in there.

Amazing travel set!
I am very impressed with all the extras and quality. I was browsing more expensive neck pillows but this was the last one I saw and the winner. Get it!

Soft in a bad way
It doesn't have much form to it as far as the sides supporting your head. But it's nice and for the price it was good
