Great tool for net cables, and can use to measure length, track cables etc...works with POE decices too. unit is rechargeable via usb so very handy and long lasting too.

This is a good value tester, works well and seems reasonably accurate, hoping it will continue to work for a while. Only downside is the need for a battery in the probe/remote tester, it would be good if it was rechargeable too. So far used the length function, continuity, cable test and probe at work and all worked well.

I've used several devices of this kind over the years, and this one works alright, but its main problem is that it is not user friendly or intuitive to use. You WILL need to refer frequently to the manual to remember what the buttons do. For example I had the hardest time testing a cat6 cable because I did not press the down arrow to switch to the right cable mode. It's frustrating to have to read the manual to understand basic navigation, and the logic often change from one mode to the other. Sometime I was confused as to what mode I was currently in, because not all modes have indicators on the display. Despite my best efforts, I was not able to calibrate the cable length, it would go in calibration mode but would not let me increase or decrease the number despite it flashing. I believe my cable might have been shorter than 5M, which the manual states as a minimum length for calibration. The tone finder works well, but the volume wheel does nothing to change the volume. The cable tester, once I could figure it out, is more practical than the standard cheap LED testers, as you can visually see what is miss connected without the LED changing on you too quick. I found that to be working well ONCE I got it figured out. So all in all, it's a good kit, but for this price, I would look at other options just because of how counter intuitive this works. But if the company improved their user interface, they could have a really good product. The last thing that really annoyed me is that the main unit of powered by a rechargeable battery (1250mAh), and it charge using a USB cable, but for some reasons, they decided not to use a USB-C cable and use a weird round connector that I guarantee you: you will lose that cable and have a hard time replacing it. Just put a standard USB plug: it charges on 5V anyway! So basically I'm not recommending this product as it is right now, but I'm looking forward for an improved version which, if done right, could demand a higher price.

Qualitativement, le produit a l’air pas mal conçu répond à mes attentes utiliser déjà plusieurs fois ça a l’air correct. Seul remarque, il dit qu’il peut détecter des câbles de catégorie 6E il y a certains câbles avec qui ça ne fonctionne pas de cette catégorie. Pourquoi?
