People saying it doesn't have a taste are wrong. It does have a taste, it has a very slight coconut taste and it is quite pleasant. Goes down well.

Take with caution. I put a small amount in my coffee (less than a teaspoon) and it's given me horrendous stomach cramps and heart palpitations. I've thrown it away after 3 days of use because it clearly doesn't suit me. Can't really give an accurate star rating because it's clearly doing something to my body but it definitely doesn't feel good to me. So just be mindful not to jump in!

Couldn’t be without this. So good for stopping me snacking on rubbish. Curbs my appetite. I take 2 teaspoons in my coffee 3 times a day. Some mct oils are expensive but this is a good price granted it doesn’t contain only c8 which would be even better but the price makes up for this.
