Great wrist support for workouts!
I suffered some nerve damage in my left hand from a dog bite a few years ago. While it's technically fully healed, my left wrist and hand are still noticeably weaker and more sensitive to workouts compared to my right side. Even holding the weights for RDLs was too much, and it became tingly and painful for a few days after. It was getting in the way of upper-body workouts. Trying to keep a consistent workout routine, I was looking for something to support my wrist and would allow some range of motion. I tested this soft brace through yesterday's upper-body workout. It provided great support while allowing enough flexibility to perform inchworms, pushups, and tricep extensions pain free. I'm also noticing considerably less pain and soreness today! I think I may add a compression glove underneath for added support to my hand, but for anyone who's wrists need a little extra help, this is a great option! I like that the strap is adjustable and the thumb hole was totally comfortable. I think it'd be comfortable enough to sleep in if needed. I had no issues with the velcro and the strap stayed in place during the entire workout! I will continue to use this during workouts and any time I feel my wrist needs support!

Better than all the others I have tried.
I play guitar and this is by far the Best wrist wrap I have found to date. I have purchased 3 so I can swap out during work. Keep one to wear when going out(not sweating). They work great when my wrist starts acting up and is still comfortable enough to wear on stage when playing guitar.

Decent
These provide a moderate support. I love how they tighten. I think all braces should have the same tightening system on them. It is comfortable too. Only reason it does not get a 5 star is because I do not like how loose it is around the hand part and thumb. I have never had a wrist brace that was loose like this one.

Wrist and Thumb Brace Helpful
I bought two of these because of sore hands after doing all the leaves this fall. They were a good value. I wore one on and off for about a week and it did seem to help the pain. The Velcro sticks very well and tight around the wrist. It is easy to put on. You have to pull the strip inside a bit tight. Then the thumb will fit better and get good support. I will probably wear it when I work outside. I think it will last awhile because it is sturdy. Added: If the pain keeps up, you should seek medical care.

Highly recommend
I have carpel tunnel and hurt my wrist recently and this has helped me a lot. I was having swelling at night and a lot of pain. It is Hard not to use your wrist daily. This has helped me with less swelling and less pain. It fits great and helps stabilize my wrist and is lightweight. It is very easy to use.

Wrist support is not impressive.
Upper edge does not cover my wrist joint. Support is OK but not great.

support is excellent
I’ve tried a lot of wrist braces over the years, and these are easily the best I’ve used so far. The support is excellent without feeling bulky or restrictive, and I can wear them for long periods without discomfort. The material is soft against the skin and doesn’t trap heat or sweat the way some other braces do, which is a big plus for me. I get solid stabilization for my wrist during golf and workouts, and I’ve noticed a real reduction in pain and fatigue since I started using them. Overall, they’re well made, comfortable, and absolutely worth the price—highly recommended for anyone dealing with wrist pain or needing reliable support

It’s fine I guess
Update: I’ve worn this for about 12 hours each day for the last few days until my new one comes in, and I’ll say it does seem to help stabilize my wrist so the pain has subsided. I think it’s more me than the product, I just prefer my thumb to be free. But this worked for what I needed. Even if it was uncomfortable I have something on my wrist (a carpal boss maybe), and I’ve been looking for a brace I can work in and like live in but be comfortable. My hands aren’t huge, and the thumb hole is just uncomfortable. The stitching on the inside is hard and it rubs on my thumb knuckle and the top of the thumb hole is tight. It doesn’t really keep me from bending my wrist much, i can make it tighter, but when I put it tight enough to give support it cuts off circulation. I just had higher hopes for this. I don’t love it. I’m glad I spent less than $20 on it, but it’s not working for me.
