It fits big hands, is comfortable, and the gel has a very nice feeling to it. The only downside is that it only stays cold for about 15 minutes.

I tore a tendon in my thumb at work that never healed the right way. Recently I tweaked the injury and my hand has been angry! Cold seems to be the only thing that dulls the pain.. I stumbled upon this one day while browsing Amazon. I’m glad I ordered it, it gives great relief.The only problem I have with it is that the ice packs don’t stay cold for very long. If they lasted about 15-20 mins longer it would be perfect.

This is a very easy product to use. And it is appreciated that you can use on either hand. But it just didn't seem to stay cold for very long, maybe 10 minutes. I will continue to use it until I find something that does what I want.

I like the gel options.Support piece doesn't easily stay in place :(

The brace looked was soft yet my wrist is hurt and need support which it did not have

I have arthritis in my hand and cold/cool helps relieve the pain. I put this in the refrigerator to be ready for when the pain gets to be too much. I find the the coolness more beneficial to me instead of the cold of the freezer. The coolness lasts about 10 minutes where as if it came from the freezer, the cold/cool would last longer - about 15 to 20 minutes.The product description says that it is a brace but I would not call it a brace but instead call it a compress. It has a Velcro strap that goes around the wrist that will keep the compress in place. There is a thumb hole on either side so that the product can be use on either the left or right hand. There is a thick removable plastic strip that supports the palm of the hand. The product comes with instructions and can be followed easily but the reader will be able to tell that English is not the first language of the manufacture. The materials are of good quality. When in the fridge or not in use, use the provided bag to protect the compress from getting punctured. I like the product and expect to get a lot of use from it.

This is a nice wrist cool-pack for anyone with wrist or forearm pain in those tendons. You can take the rigid piece out of this wrap if you wanted more flexibility, but I prefer to keep my wrist straight especially while it's hurting and I appreciate that this is included! The wrap isn't ice-cold like others I've tried, it's more of a cooling sensation overall. Still effective, just not instantaneous.

The ice part is good on this but the brace doesn't quite fit my hand and wrist very comfy. It's a little awkward even adjusting it. Not bad but could be better.
