Great for filleting fish but no scabbard!
Lovely knife and great for filleting fish. Blue handle for fish, stainless steel blade good for using by the sea and plastic handle isn't going to stain or be affected by salt water. Blade does need sharpening regularly but probably not helped when cutting fish on rocks etc. Good grip handle and right length and weight for my use. Wish it came with a blade cover/scabbard to make ease of storage in a fishing bag safer.

excellent knife, the price best knife deal on amazon.
One piece moulded handle slightly larger than it needs to be - decent grip though - for the price best knife deal on Amazon. Can't fault the quality for the money. As stated the handles are slightly too large for those with smaller hands, but are industry std size in butchery etc. Blades are quite good and sharp out of the box. These are aimed at professional kitchens and butchers who break and damage their knives regularly and are priced accordingly but that does not mean they are of low quality. In my regular kitchen I will never break these and there is no way I would buy some of these less used pattern knives from say victorinox at ยฃ40 each, but I will at less than ยฃ9. You won't be disappointed.

Decent
Not like " old" knifes made by them . The sharp edge doesn't look to hold verry well . Keep close the sharpener . Overal ok .
