Q: Does each one contain the different size flanges or do I need to buy one with the 21mm included?

There is a 24mm flange included. Different size flanges are available on amazon to be bought separately.

Q: Is it possible to bend over without leaking or shifting? Or we need to be upright?

You can bend over as long as your bra is securing it well enough! Just not too far, also depends how full it is. Regular daily activities are fine whilst wearing it just be mindful about not going past 90 degree angles, so squat to pick something up off the floor instead of a full bend down

Q: Is this a single or double pump? Can’t tell if it’s two pieces or just one

This particular one is 2 pieces. :-)

Q: Does this come with 27mm flange like the ones on the momcozy website? Or do you have to buy separate?

Yes, according to my daughter (I bought pump for her) it’s an absolutely brilliant pump and it does come with 24 and 27 flanges. After trying at least two other types of pump, this is by far the best.
