The product is very good quality and looks good, if on the small size. Unfortunately the set arrived with a chip in the saucer. Within two days of contacting them I had two replacements, no fuss or messing about. The product looks like its good quality, the customer service is excellent. Based on my experience, I'd have no problem recommending the product or seller.

Plates are a little on the small side but adequate for large gatherings or parties. I wouldn’t say they would be good for a roast dinner! The side plates are ideal for desserts, canope or starters and the bowls (which are beautiful in design) work for a multitude of purposes too, including deserts and starters. The quality of the plates are good and delivery was ahead of schedule. I bought 3 lots of the 6 plates bowls and side plates. Good value for money compared to high street prices.

I like this product it was the perfect choice it is thick and good quality and it seems durable and not easily chip

This dinner set said that it was dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe, however there is nothing stamped on the bottom of the plates at all, to confirm this ! Otherwise they are a good price but I wouldn’t class them as anything other than for daily use. I wanted a white bone china set, square in shape, that I could add to and use for both daily use as well as for dinner parties. I wanted to be able to put them in the Oven, freezer etc but I’m concerned that because there is no evidence that they are safe for this type of use, they could break!

The best quality seller I've seen on Amazon UK. Before I received the product, he messaged me and said, "If there is a broken part, please let us know and we will send a new one quickly". This is quality, I highly recommend it!

When it arrived it was too small for me (maybe ok for you though) return was easy and refunded quickly. Good company, no problem with refund

Terrible return services ,items arrived broken not to happy with the quality off the set in general and the returns service is rather frustrating for some one with brain injury like my self sorry I won't be buying from your selfs again

Bellissimo set di piatti! Ho acquistato questo set di piatti e ne sono davvero soddisfatto/a. è elegante eperfetto per ogni occasione, sia per l’uso quotidiano che per cene con ospiti. Il materiale è resistente e di ottima qualità. Dopo diversi lavaggi in lavastoviglie, i piatti sono ancora come nuovi, senza graffi o scolorimenti. La consegna è stata puntuale e l’imballaggio molto accurato. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un set bello, funzionale e durevole!per quanto riguarda il piatto rotto il venditore è stato molto gentile che ha sostituito subito perché io non voleva fare il reso lo consiglio.
