Broken levers x 2
I ordered this chair which arrived with one of the levers broken, I then ordered a replacement which duly arrived with the same lever broken. Not really good enough, whether tis is down to bad packing/handling I don't know,but it's really frustrating. The chair seems to be of reasonable quality although I didn't assemble it.

Good for about 2 years
This chair is decent, I bought two of them for my staff, one chair is older than the other. I think you should expect it to last about 1.5-2 years if in regular office use. For the price that's okay, but could be better.

Great chair
The levers work great. I've had problems with chairs putting pressure on the backs of my legs before, but you can tilt the seat with this one to get it just right. It's very comfortable to sit on.Very easy to put together, it only took a couple of minutes. The parts just slot together without need of screwdrivers or allen keys.It's quiet. No squeaks or creaks.Very comfortable
