Battery life is pathetic, needs to charge frequently in 2-3 days.

I spent a lot of time researching for a good watch. My kid goes to the society play area alone and sometimes it's difficult to track where he is. I am now worry free with this watch as I can always call him and ask for his location. The quality of the watch is good and audio is also clear. Just one issue I have faces is sometimes the watch sends an SOS message on it's own. I have not been able to figure out why, but I can always call my son and check if he is okay.Overall a must have product in todays world!Update: For people saying the watch keeps restarting - it restarts when it can't locate a cellphone signal for a minute. I believe it does that to reset and check if signal is available. It usually happens indoors and in lift or basement. It also sends a sos signal at that time. Hence, nothing wrong with the watch. Its just to make sure the parent is aware the watch restarted.

It is a pretty good product at a competitive price point. All the features(video call, VoLTE call, location tracking etc) are working pretty well so far.However, the device has some known issues with Jio and VI pre-paid SIMs. So, initially it took a lot of pain to bind the device with a Jio SIM. However as suggested by customer care on switching to Airtel pre-paid SIM the device functionalities are working fine.Cons:- The kid can not send emoji - only parent can send emoji- Does not work with Jio prepaid SIM- Android app crashes during binding if there is any network issue (iOS app does not).

Location is never accurate or even nearby,What to say about watchout app worst app ever

The UI of this watch is not as smooth as other smart watches. Need improvement in transition on screen. Can't change main screen, Can't see the your own photo while video calling. Step count is not accurate. Having said all that still this watch is worthy for daily usage as in to be connected with the child throughout the day. The voice clarity is not upto the mark. Not sure if software gets updated or not? Airtel works fine for this watch.

The watch is good but the app experience is really poor. Both Wherecom and WatchOut apps can be used. Wherecom has additional auto outgoing call feature from the watch. Would have loved if WatchOut had made the app different from Chinese Wherecom*REVIEW AFTER FEW WEEKS USAGE*Pathetic experience with the watch, it is slow to respond to commands from the app. Device goes offline without reasons and also the GPS tracker goes kaput. Very pathetic app experience.This watch seems complete rebranded version of the Chinese app with a whitelabel app.

Most of the features where internet is needed to be accessed won’t work and you will be asked by customer care team to replace SIM on which 5G is not auto enabled.
