Nice knife, well worth the money
Very nice, well built, good looking, very sharp and pointy knife. The automatic action is smooth and strong. The button is designed to keep it from deploying in your pocket as it doesn't have a safety. The included real leather holster was a far better piece than I expected. I expected it to be cheap jump, it isn't. The resin handle and USSR star are well done and the blade is highly polished. In my opinion, it's well worth the bargain price. One problem. The cross guard gets loose. It's a small screw with a torx 7 head. It needs a dab of loctite to prevent it from unscrewing.

From Russia with Love
Well like a lot of the other reviews it's light in weight, however the fit finish and action are very nice. Blade lays in the center of the handle ,no play in the blade under lock up. Guard sets tight as well,I love the fact that it doesn't have a choil to get caught in clothing when gutting man or hide in beast. After sharpening it I made 100 cuts in 12" cardboard and the edge would still shave. Not bad for 440C it's excellently heat treated. Time will tell about the durability of the frame. For the money very pleased with the purchase and I would not be afraid to take a person apart with it if I had to. Excellent little fighting switchblade .

Solid, no wiggle
O.K., this is a very preliminary review. Full disclosure, I wouldn't consider myself an expert. I have some expensive knifes and some cheap ones. Just got this and though the irony of a "Russian" knife likely made in China is not lost on me, it is a solid build. There is no wiggle in the blade, which did surprise me at this price point. The blade deployment is forceful. The logo and plastic on the handles are so-so. But so far, I'd say solid snappy build. I will update with more info as time goes on.

Definitely nice but it is of light quality
Definitely pretty cool is light makes you feel like it's flimsy but the blade is tight and secure if it was made of stainless I had to give it a five

Cool Cheap Switchblade
This is a well functioning switchblade that is fun to play with, cool to look at, and does its job if its job is light use cutting such as letter opening or box cutting ect. It is a two piece handle with cheap steel, so I wouldn't be trusting this thing with a lot of pressure on it such as hunting or camping, but that's not what its designed for. It is very light weight and has a satisfying smooth crisp release. I give it 5 stars for its great astetics and operation knowing it is made of cheaper materials. Also comes with a nice little leather sheath.

Great knife for the price
Ppl are complaining that it feels cheap and like a toy. But overall its not a bad little knife for what it is. It doesn't have e much heft to it because it pretty much all aluminum, eventually ill take the epoxy slabs off and swap them out for something else. Also one of the sickle and hammer emblems are placed upside down. Thats the only quality flaw ive noticed. The leather sheaf is also well made for the quality of knife. The lock well not ideal seem pretty stiff, would have preferred a lock back option for added safety.

Nice fit and finish
I only gave it 3 stars because even though it’s a cool style with a nice fit and finish, it is very light and I’m not sure how well it would hold up to every day use. I’m guessing it would be better suited as a collectors knife which is what I am using it for. Good looking and fun to play with as long as you use great caution. I had a spring assist knife once from China that the blade flew across the back of my truck and nearly struck my helper. Don’t know if that would happen with this one, but I personally don’t have much faith in it due to its light weight construction.

I'm impressed.
I only ever had one other automatic when my state started to allow them again. Over a hundred bucks for what was obviously mirror polished stainless like so many other knives out there, and only got it for the novelty anyway. This feller? I saw it browsing around and figured I'd get one just because it looked pretty dang cool.. Long story short, I ordered one more not long after I got this one. One to use and one to save. Thing impressed me right out of the box. Not 420 stainless steel, and NOT d2 tool steel, is always a plus in my book for a knife, and I didn't know what to expect from the alphanumeric jumble of steel type, but dang folks right out of the box it's a solid shiny wicked sharp little utility. Grip is light but firm, doesn't feel slippery, and weights just right so it doesn't buck when you flip it out. I gave it the paper test right off the bat and it passed. Think I found my new veggie chopper when I'm wandering around the garden later this year lookin for a snack, and one on standby for 30 years down the road when I've shaved it down into a little nub of its' former self from sharpening lol. Opening mechanism is a recoil spring which I've never seen on a blade before. Not sure how long that'll last, hopefully a long time because I'm just instantly smitten with it. Opening and closing takes a bit of getting used to, as I'm of the stock that tries to find the release on the back end to close it. This one closes the way it opens. Definitely seems worth more than the price tag, no brainer.
