I love these gummies. Nice to see a non-melatonin and non-cannabis sleep gummy that works well. I see that these are supposed to work better over time but I felt the effects on the first night and have had a 5 solid nights in a row. I notice anxiety is decreased and relaxation is increased. Wow! This product is effective. I sleep very soundly and I wake up rested. The ingredients are good for the body. They taste great and melt in your mouth. No stomach upset at all. I am buying them again. No melatonin! I was so happy when I found these.

4 stars for taste & texture. I have no problem falling asleep. I have a problem waking up after a few hours so for a few nights they did help me fall back asleep after a midnight bathroom break. They never felt like they relaxed me. No negative side effects, lots of dreams which I didn’t like.

I had been taking Melatonin for a few years and didn't like the brain fog and slow wake that I began to experience. Looking for a natural alternative, I came across The Plant People products, particularly Wonder Sleep. Being plant-based and Health Coach, I am always in awe of the power of plants so I was very encouraged. Here is my experience... Night one, I took 1 gummy and, while the taste was fine, the gummy got stuck in my teeth and took 3 brushings to get it out. Not exactly a great first impression! However, I guess I could brush my teeth multiple times before bed if the product helped me sleep through the night. I, did, sleep better (more soundly) and woke up an hour later than I usually did but not what I would call a full night's rest (7-8 hours). Night two, I took 2 gummies (1 30 minutes before and 1 at bedtime). I woke up a couple of times during the night but was able to fall back asleep and woke at the same time the night before...again, not a full night's rest. Night three, rinse and repeat the dosage of Night 2 but woke with a headache at midnight. It wasn't a sinus headache or a 'slept in the wrong position' headache. Something felt off. Started to think I couldn't handle my mushrooms... Night four, I took only 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime and figured the cumulative benefits were hitting me quicker than expected. Well, I woke with a headache that Advil wouldn't even touch. That did it, no more. I am sensitive to medications and some herbs but have taken all these ingredients, at one time or another, in the past with no ill effects. Had they worked, I probably wouldn't have purchased a second bag, though. Brushing my teeth multiple times to get the stuck gummy out would have, eventually, become a pain. Maybe another form...rapid melts or chewables, perhaps, for folks who do see a benefit but don't like sleeping with stuck gummy in their teeth?

BEYOND AMAZING!!!!! I have had such a problem sleeping and have for years. I have tried everything under the sun with no luck and some with pretty nasty after effects from many of the products I tried. I saw the ratings were all very high and the people that tried them loved them, so I thought, what the heck I might as well try these. I did not have high expectations, but boy was I wrong! It took until night two to work, but that has been a couple of weeks ago and I have had wonderful peaceful sleep since I started them. I become a think tank when I fall asleep and it is exhausting, but since taking Wonder Sleep, the dreams are slim to none and my deep sleep has been wonderful. I even offered them to my husband who now has his hand out every night and swears by them too. I could not imagine a night without them, and I wake up refreshed and not groggy. I could not imagine a night without them.

These are amazing. I have struggled with insomnia literally since I was an infant, and I could never find a solution that was both effective AND sustainable for the long term. At age 25, these gummies, coupled with another supplement (First Person’s Moonlight, if anyone’s interested) and my prescribed muscle relaxers have finally given me that. These gummies taste great and have a nice gummy consistency. I appreciate that there is no melatonin or magnesium as this allows me to take more than one dose if needed without worrying about toxicity or grogginess (ask your doctor before doing this; mine said it was fine). I know lots of people who don’t do well with GABA, but personally I find that I tolerate it very well and it is super effective for me. I haven’t had any negative side effects besides that, if I take more than two gummies, it sometimes takes longer for me to become fully lucid upon waking, but that is because I am coming out of a much deeper sleep than I would have otherwise, and this only lasts a couple minutes anyways. I have tried some other gummies from this brand with satisfaction, but this one is my favorite by far. I even keep a bag of these at my boyfriend’s house so that I don’t have to go without them when I’m staying over there, and he is a big fan of them too.

These are honestly the only gummies that have worked for me to help me sleep thus far! I had surgery and was struggling. Melatonin wasn't cutting it/I got weird dreams with it. After 3 days of no sleep, I was desperate and ordered this product. I had my first night of sleep after I received the gummies, and have been sleeping ever since. They actually taste good too which is a plus! I am so so glad that I tried it. However, I am so sad that they are out of stock! :( If these come back, they are worth getting!
