Great for Beginners
This was my first tumbler press for my small business and it works great. It does have a smell when sublimating items; however, it can be the ink and paper itself. I use this to sublimate mugs, Libbey glass and frosted along with tumblers. Just be sure to have ventilation when sublimating products.

quit heating up after 4 weeks
quits working after 4 weeks. no customer service to help. Will not heat and now losing work due to it

Don't last can't get parts
The press worked good for a little while. Then it quit heating. Can't find replacement parts. If you don't want something that last very long then this is the machine for you. I should have looked at the sellers name before I bought it. That would have kept me from buying it! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The shipping
The first one had came and did not work when taking it out the same day of delivery. I return it about an hour later after delivery. They immediately swnt another one out that night. Which works great. I'm just surprised the shipped it the same day as the return and recieved it the next day. Great customer service.
