Great product!
Mattress quality is fantastic for a futon . Alot of assembly so definitely watch the instructional video. Overall great futon and worth the price.

I absolutely hate it.
Very firm mattress, okay to sleep on, but in the sitting position it is very uncomfortable for me at 5'4" tall. My friend is fine with it at 6'0" tall but my feet dangle high off the ground. It is also impossible to fold the futon upright without two people and even with two people it is an ordeal. I regret buying it.Originally gave it two stars but after a while I really hate it. I would have tried to return it but it's too much trouble.
