I love Perform! I was on the hunt for something that can help boost my endurance during workouts now that I went back to the gym. After taking this product for almost 30 days I have noticed a huge boost in my muscle performance and my concentration is at an all time high. I even notice a little bit more strength already! I have been struggling with brain fog and even like to use it as a mid-day pick me up, on my days off from the gym, and especially when I am working on demanding work projects. I like that it’s easy to use and I can easily add it to my hydro flask or water bottle. I just started putting it into my breakfast smoothies too!! This supplements tastes good and is colored and flavored naturally.Mixing is easy with a frother. I don’t use a spoon im general to mix powdered supplements.The ingredients are mixed as part of a blended formula and the caveat here is that you don’t know how much of each ingredient you are getting, and that can be an issue if you are using other supplements and want to ratio your intake.Other than that it’s a high quality product.

I learned about this product watching a podcast. I decided to give it a try and I have to say it isn’t very good. There are better options like Naked EAAS or Bodyhealth EAA tablets.I even called the company after trying the product twice to return it but got a voicemail and no return call. They said they had an unconditional money back guarantee. So much for that.I also don’t like the fact that product has caffeine and sucralose. No product that is designed for health should have sucralose in it.Waste of money.

I really like that this Pre-Workout supplement provides nine Essential Amino Acids, which most of the Pre-Workout supplement out there do not provide. It tastes much better than the average Pre-Workout supplements. And it odes the job well. I feel that I am recovering from my Workouts much faster and this supplement increased my focus. Now, this is a 30 day supply. I wish it was priced differently so we can use it monthly and consistently. This type of price makes you feel like investing this type of money on trying other Premium supplements out there.
