Bad quality product
The product deliver to me is of bad quality. Zip is not working properly. I had requested for replacement but they showed in their records that I have denied to receive the replacement product, which is false. No representative came to my house or called me for replacement. This is very bad and unacceptable type of thing. Amazon can check from their records that whether anyone called me for replacement. Hope positive reply may be get from the end of Amazon.

I bought the rabbit version, the quality is very good. but i just wish that the zips were longer it's very short so i have to put a keychain, that's it! overall it's a nice product that was the only disadvantage i noticed.
