It’s a stick with a hook on the end!!! It pulls the ladders out of the loft. It works. What more do you need to know? Oh it’s made of wood. Real wood. Proper old school window puller style thing.

Well made and good price

The wooden shaft is cheap and nasty. Think garden tools you keep in the shed. Will look ok if I put some wood oil or varnish on it. My fault perhaps for not checking more carefully.

No problems with my purchase so far. The pole seems to be very robust. The tip securely fastened.

Exactly what was needed for me closing and opening our Velux window in the toilet/ shower room upstairs. I've padded the top and bottom of the brass hook to avoid marking the window bar. Works well.
