My hair is super thick, so I have developed a system where I put the headband on right after the shower when my hair is wet to "front-load" it. As the day goes on and my hair sets, I keep sliding it further back until it is exactly where I want it for the night. It holds everything in place perfectly without the hair jumping out. I will be real and say that if you wear it for several hours straight, you might get a tiny bit of a headband headache, but it is nothing crazy and definitely hasn't stopped me from wearing them daily. I love these headbands, I wear glasses, and hairbands bother me a lot, but these metal bands are wonderful, they keep my hair where I want without hurting me. I don’t think I will use the 6 of them since some are a little bit big for me but it’s good to have at least 4 usable ones out of 6. They do not give me a headache like other bands, one barely feels it.

I love the ones with the wider 'teeth' or 'vees'. I have naturally curly, almost coily, hair so they make the perfect texture in my hair...the coily one, I am afraid to try. They are so light weight yet hold my hair firm and they are not tight behind my ears. They do not stay in place perfect but I will take that over painful ears any day. They control my hair in a way I love and I will likely buy more.

This could be a buyer problem and not a product problem, but the headbands barely fit my head. They also slid around a lot and some of the end pieces hurt the backs of the ears. I think only one of them fits me well but even then it’s nonstop moving around. I have thin straight hair so that could be why! Otherwise they’re pretty durable and flexible.

I was looking for headbands to keep my hair out of my face especially when working or doing daily tasks. I ran across this item and saw that it is affordably priced and it comes with multiple bands. I have fine straight hair and I was worried that it would slid off easily. However, the teeth on these bands do a great job keeping my face hair free. If you have thicker or textured hair, then all the better. They are very comfortable as well. They are light enough that you don’t notice that it is there. I also wear eyeglasses and was worried about the ends of the band touching the stem ends of my glasses, making it uncomfortable. Some of them are more effective in avoiding the issue, requiring no adjustments while a few of them require adjusting the ends of the bands and pushing them further back. Even after doing that, the bands still stay on. Very good product. I recommend.

I’m currently growing my hair out for the first time since I was a little boy. I have a lot of hair, and it is super thick, it bothers me a lot by getting in my face/eyes. Sometimes I would complain about how I wanted to shave all my hair off because of how annoyed I would get with it! However, these headbands have solved that problem big time. They are super easy to slide onto your head, and I don’t even feel them on me making them very comfortable. I don’t feel any pulling in my hair, just the headband keeping it back and out of my face. The grooves in each of the headbands are sized slightly differently, making for a different fit with each headband. They all worked great on my hair, though I prefer the ones that look like slinkies. They are pretty much one size fits all, and they are flexible enough to stretch around my big dome.
