I just got this kids phone toy today and when I tried to turn it on even how long press I did, it won't turn on. I guess, I got the bad one. It's defective.Edited review:Alright, I have to edit my review about this toy. Both of my kids were playing and my oldest was missing this toy. And she felt bad that it wasn't working. But I told her, to charge this toy one more time and will see if it is working or not. And after we charge it we waited for like 5 minutes this toy phone turned on. My daughter screamed from the top of her lungs that she got the toy working. However, when we charged the toy yesterday for almost 20 minutes of charging it never turn on. So we thought we got a defective one. Glad that it is working now. The toy's volume is loud, tons of games in the phone. It is very educational. There are different wallpapers that you could change. The camera took our picture clear, the video is good. It is also recorded our voice. So far this toy is working good. It looks cheap but this works good.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a cute little gift for your child. The music choice is limited to three songs and the games may be difficult for a toddler. The camera is the quality you would expect from a child’s toy, but all I. All it can be fun for them and may keep them off of your phone!

Well, my little is 3 and she was not interested. The phone can take pictures, play music, and it has a flashlight. I guess you can download games or videos or something but I bet you can't do many bc the storage is like...7 gigs. Oh well. Not a good toy for a 3 year old. Especially when she has a tablet. I thought maybe she'd be into it bc she loves my phone and loves doing filters on selfies. But nahhh, this is really old fashioned.

No ability to call or text, heads up. But it's great for my 3yo, she takes pictures and "calls" me on the daily. Is touch screen and the games it comes with are pretty fun and cute. Light up screen and all, it's a good price for a kid!

My youngest granddaughter loves this. Almost too much. She'll play with it for quite awhile until we have to take it away and give her some other toys to play with. Loud speaker, plays music, and great entertainment for a young toddler. I like that there are no apps to download.

I was so excited to get this for my 4 year old who loves to take my phone to take pictures. I thought this would be a fun safe toy for her to feel like she had a phone and that she could take pictures on. I’m really disappointed in it though. It’s so glitchy! I charged it before its first power up as advised in the directions. It comes with a usb charging cord and a wrist strap.After charging the phone powered right up. But that’s when the trouble all started. Tried clicking on camera and it opened the camera app, pushed the button to take a picture and it does nothing. Go back to the home screen and push on the flashlight 20 times before it opens the app. Then push the on button quite a few times before I got the flashlight to turn on. We won’t talk about how long it took me to get the phone to recognize the fact that I was pushing off on the flashlight!Then back to the home screen to scroll and see what else this phone has to offer. Got into the music and it had 3 pre-loaded songs on it, Old Macdonald, Bingo, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Next tried to open several apps with nothing working. Then the thing just goes all weird. Go back to the home screen and then try to get into settings to set the date and time and now it completely freezes up on me and k have to hit the reset button.This toy is a great idea but it needs some definite tweaking! It is not touch sensitive enough or responsive enough and it keeps glitching everywhere. It may be a piece of plastic that looks like a phone for my daughter as so far the functionality of this phone is garbage! Very disappointing to have these features on this toy but not be able to access them because of how glitchy it is. There are better options out there for sure!
