will this work on concrete and brickwork, and how long does it last?

I haven't tried but it works on waterproof plastic. It sits on the surface rather than bonding. So it wears off. How long will depend on conditions. For a clearer answer contact the maker.

Will it come off with a rain shower

I sprayed it on the back of my motorbike jacket and I've worn it over the whole of the christmas period and it's still on the back on my jacket now! :)

Ive bought custom stickers for my mobility scooter, would the black writing still show through if i sprayed them with this?

The spray reflects white and opaque so I'm afraid the writing underneath wouldn't be visible.
