Genuine Brand Name replacement option
I was thankful to find this replacement strap available on Amazon for my MyZone heart rate monitor.I usually buy them from the MyZone website periodically, but standard shipping takes a while.It's genuine, and works perfectly.This is my 3rd replacement belt in 5 years of near daily use. The quality holds up for a long time. The elastic does begin to give towards the end of its lifespan but since it's adjustable, it's never a problem in getting the right fit. It also takes a long time before it begins to latch on to body sweat/odor. Definitely follow the directives in washing the belt in the sink after every use with warm water, and gently wring it out and air dry. And wash often in the laundry. I usually wash it between 1-2 times a week. Eventually as the belt ages, even soaking it in concentrated detergent/solution won't fully remove the understandable (at least in my experience) and totally normal odor that comes with the build up of sweat after long term use. So I do try to have 2 belts on hand at all times to alternate between through the week. If you need a replacement belt for your compatible heart rate monitor by MyZone, definitely go for it in buying it here. And buy two while you are at it.

Genuine Replacement
The strap that I received is no doubt a My Zone strap. Everything is identical to the original including the My Zone lettering on the metal snaps. I can't imagine what the haters think they saw otherwise.The strap worked perfectly the first time I used it as well as subsequent times.Very very happy with this purchase.

I think I received a DUD and my return window ended days ago. 😮
The media could not be loaded. I received my replacement band on Aug 20th. I usually purchase a new one each year. This was my first replacement since upgrading to the myzone switch. I continued having troubles with it shutting off mid workout or being “sluggish”. I was wondering if I’d made a mistake getting the switch since my son is still using my original myzone and having no troubles. Today during my workout my myzone completely stopped. I definitely was thinking it was the myzone since my band was one month old. The fitness center manager had a spare band. I switched it out and sure enough… my myzone started working. I’m very disappointed that apparently I purchased a dud and missed my return window just two days ago.

Keeps me motivated
I have used the My-zone for 5 years now to track my workouts. My belts need to be replaced about every 1.5-2 years. This is my third belt. I can tell it needs to be replaced when it doesn’t capture my whole workout. The price seems reasonable to me based on how long it lasts
