No stand
I ordered two of these and only ever got one stand! They’re too expensive. I’ve been leaving reviews & trying to talk to the seller for months. Very ridiculous!!!

Stand has never come
The vein finder work great, but the stand has never come. I have reached out to the seller and have not received any correspondence. Would love to have the stand that comes with the vein finder!

Lost charger
I lost the charger and I contacted the seller and they replaced it free of charge! So very kind and I love the device! When you need to know where the veins are and don't have access to an ultrasound, this device works great!!!

Perfect solution
We use that device in our hospital and it is superior to any other vein finder devices. You can carry the handpiece everywhere and use it under any conditions either dark or well lit. It is very reliable and robust. Our staff dropped it many times but it still works perfectly.
