Reebok Men's ROS Workout TR 2.0 Cross Trainer Shoes helps in lifts, plyos, and rope climbs permeate your workout and demand intense multi-directional movements. With a low-profile build, they stabilize lifts. The raised tread delivers dependable grip indoors or out, while RopePro shields from shred. Their durability is knowable, even if you are preparing for what's not known. Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

really happy with these
i had gotten a couple of pairs of reeboks about 6 months ago, and have since become a big fan. i got a a pair with sublite soles and a pair of run supreme 3.0. the fit was great but they wore out pretty quickly with heavy use. the sublites had a rubber part at the corner part of the heel that usually wears out first, the rubber was hardly worn at all by the time the deep tread started wearing from the light white foam. but i found reebok to be very comfortable and probably the most reasonably priced athletic shoeso i set out to buy a pair of reeboks that have a rubber bottom that are more for cross training and not trail running and these look and feel spectacular and the materials seem very durable and will probably easily last a year of heavy use, even if they don't i'd probably buy again

Great for cross-training and weight training
I looked long and hard for a good, affordable, cross-training shoe for the gym, as an indoor-only shoe. I had been using running shoes previously, but they were too soft and were not adeqaute for weight-lifting and other gym exercises. Reebok is a leader in cross-training (crossfit), thus I trust the brand for that category. The only thing I was worried about was the fit. I could not find the same model at the store, thus I just had to trust that the size would fit the same as my other athletic shoes.I bought this one at a very good sale price and once it arrived I was very happy. I put it on and it fit as perfect as it could. I immediately noticed the stability it provided, which is great for lifting. When I really put it to the test with some deadlifts and other lifts, I was very pleased with how it performed in the gym. Now that I know how well it fits, I plan to buy another pair to keep around just in case.

With a supporting insole, a great trainer
Having used them so far for two Crossfit workouts, I'm very pleased by the fit and performance. I had an initial fear that they would be too tight in the toebox or not conform to my feet well enough, but they are both comfortable in the former regard and snug and sure in the latter. The thing that's taken the most getting used to so far is the minimal heel drop. I've worn running shoes for every workout ever in life, and so to walk the 20 minutes to my Crossfit class on a concrete sidewalk requires a bit of adjustment, every step resulting in an audible but mild slapping sound of my toes as they land. This might also be due to the stiffness of the sole, which is not enough to be an issue, but enough to make the change in stride noticeable. There was also a bit of strain in my ankles from the difference in gait, but it also wasn't an issue. While I wouldn't recommend using them for long-distance walking or running, they did feel firm and secure during the "sweat" workouts that have both included a mix of weight lifting and laps around the track. They also feel well ventilated, and didn't apply unwanted pressure to any points on my feet.Well recommended, and currently available for a very reasonable price on this site.

Great for hiit / crossfit.
These have held up well after over a year of abuse. Took me a couple tries to find my size but once I did they've been excellent. I've worn them probably at least 3x a week for just over a year now. They have held up great. I would not recommend running in them outside of sprints / interval work, not a ton of cushion. They just provide a very stable base. The nice wide toe area feels great for me for everything from deadlifts and squats to sprints, biking, rowing, etc..I wear a size 11-11.5 in nike and these fit in 9.5 and 10s. (I bought a second pair on sale at a store in town a half size down and they still fit well). They have somehow managed to not absorb any odor either and my feet sweat A LOT even though these are some of the best vented shoes I've worn. I wear socks but you could reasonably go without in these if you prefer. They're also easy to clean in running water with a brush.Just get them.

An inexpensive zero drop training shoe....but JUST a training shoe.
This shoe is shaped perfect for a human foot. not a point "clown shoes" look but slanted and wide in the toe box so your toes aren't squished, which is good for a shoe you should be able to use from everything to crossfit to functional training. It's virtually a zero drop and you feel the ground extremely well. So yes, wear these in the gym or training studio. I would not suggest these to wear running errands. They'd breakdown rather quick outside of the gym.Looks: awesome. hot and slick and all the ladies gave me their numbers because of how awesome my taste in athletic footwear is.Price: A steal. Buy them while they're cheap. Avoid the overpriced UA brand if possible.I've never been a huge reebok guy but the shoes I've tried from them this year has me hooked. This shoe is great.

Great fit, comfortable, and good traction and support
They fit me a bit larger than I expected. I had to return them to get 1 size smaller but overall these are great, especially for the price. Grip is quite good, and they can be cinched around your foot farily tight or relatively loose, depending on your comfort level. They have fabric on the inside that comes down from the tongue to keep your foot in place. I will definitely buy them again. I have only had them for about 2 months so I can't speak to how fast they wear out yet.
