Edit : after few months I can see the watch has some terrible bugs, keeps restarting for no reason and is unusable. Please avoid such scam toys.Been using for a month now and is no nonsense watchCall quality is good and the speakers in the watch is audible clearly outdoors, also features are simple yet thoughtfulI really like the fact that the watch allows calling function only from pre approved numbers. That is one less worry as a stranger will never be able to call a kid for credit card or loanBattery last 3-4 days which is decent as my Apple Watch also lasts just one dayCamera quality is ok ok but expected in this price range. It has dual camera which is just a useless featureOnly issue I feel is phone is bit slow when it comes to touch responseAlso the display dial is small and not much options to customiseOverall a good watch for kids

The watch works exactly as mentioned. GPS is fairly accurate, call quality and voice messaging work really well. The auto-capture gives a good enough indication of the environment your child is in at any point of time. We used a Jio 4G sim and it works nicely.The app allows multiple family members to be connected with the watch. Geo-tagging/ fencing is another feature which helps to mark boundaries for your child; alerts are received almost instantly if your child is outside these boundaries.It's worth the price with multi-utility features. Eases a lot of stress on parents and family members to know the whereabouts of your child. Communication made simple and easy to use.Kudos to the team for making a wonderful product and one which is Made in India.

I spent a lot of time researching for a good watch. My kid goes to the society play area alone and sometimes it's difficult to track where he is. I am now worry free with this watch as I can always call him and ask for his location. The quality of the watch is good and audio is also clear. Just one issue I have faces is sometimes the watch sends an SOS message on it's own. I have not been able to figure out why, but I can always call my son and check if he is okay.Overall a must have product in todays world!Update: For people saying the watch keeps restarting - it restarts when it can't locate a cellphone signal for a minute. I believe it does that to reset and check if signal is available. It usually happens indoors and in lift or basement. It also sends a sos signal at that time. Hence, nothing wrong with the watch. Its just to make sure the parent is aware the watch restarted.

Problem is YOU CANT RETURN THIS WATCH.It’s not worth trying this product. Honestly it’s not upto the mark.App is okay, but finding problems and using it, will eat up your energy and return window will get closed.Sadly for us-1- this watch keeps showing wrong location point in Map.2- Battery drains in few hours only.3- Doesn’t work for face calls. Weird but it only functions for voice calls and not face calls 🙏🤦🏻‍♀️ so again useless for me.4- Every time the watch keeps missing on NETWORK BARS. and even with best of network it just goes blank.Though the agent from Watchout wearables told me to use AIRTEL SIM CARD. but I don’t have good Airtel network here at my home, why should I buy Airtel when Airtel doesn’t really provides good network in my area.: I genuinely do not know now what is the problem but I wasted my thousands on this watch.I would recommend - DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.IT LOOKED LIKE OLD STOCK HONESTLY.

After long research and returning other products , finally got some thing which is great built and just have the feature a kid will need.I rate it 9.5/10 i would love to see more apps and leas models to chose, its already cluttered space.Features- 10/10 just have every thing a child till 13yrs needCamera and voice quality- 10/10Quality and built: 9/10 only one concern if the wrist band can be more like pin lock instead of traditional latch it would be better as kids tend to pull hard and break the pastic lock.Installation &setup 9.5/10 ( just inform customer that active internet is needed on sim to fetch bind id) and only support airtel for now.Privacy- 10/10 : allows to delete account with data, no adds apps and no one stranger can callImprovement recommended for app - allow parent to tuen on camera unilaterally.Customer support : quick and quite responsive

Date 6Th feb 2024.After the watch died one day in december , i reached out to the manufacturer.. he pushed me to come via Amazon& When I called Amazon for 4 weeks they finally said to contact seller directly. 2 months gone of the warrantyNo one cares after selling the watch, look at the rating today(2.9 on amazon) Would I even by a product of Rs 50 with 2.9 star rating. Shame on the company and Amazon for such poor service and imagine how muchmoney has be duped in the pretext of offering a kids gps watch via Amazon promoting this product and manufacturer not bothered after selling the product. Highly unreliable——The manufacturer reached out to write a review if we liked the watch in July 2023 and sent out a free black strap then& when the watch is not working asks me to come via Amazon!Previous reviewWatchout duo looks sturdy and functional after using for 4 -5 days. It was easy to bind- used a airtel sim for the watch, location is almost accurate & the voice clarity is good.Still checking the battery backup- will update after a months usage.Cons: unable to find the screen guard for the watch.Watchout please consider making it available.
