Prestige Road Refresher Non Spill Pet Water Bowl, L, Green

Much to our amazement, our little Jack Russell bitch deigns to use this bowl which we have in our vehicle... She is the most awkward, fussy and easily distracted little darling I have ever come across.. She will not eat out of a metal bowl, she will not eat out of certain shape plastic bowls or indeed, certain colours... But this bowl, she loves.It has 4 stars not 5 because it has no guide to how much water is in it ... You have the bowl, you have a plastic saucer thing with holes in it and and the black top... So you put water in up to the max line, drop in the saucer thing and put the black top on.. This a little puddle of water on top of the saucer thing... As the dog drinks the saucer thing drops obviously replacing the drunk water.However to see how much water is in the bowl one has to take it apart which is a pain imo... This could have easily been cured by a 'see through' bowl, rather than the blue bowl which serves no useful purpose apart from looking slightly from a 1950's Ideal Home Exhibition

I bought this out of desperation to try for my cat who likes to paddle in water bowls and then proceed to tip and drag the bowl around and empty the contents everywhere. He even managed to dismantle a water fountain (that was a big puddle!) Anyway, this has been wonderful. He has not even tried to paddle in it. He laps politely from the small amount of water available so I’m very pleased. I like that it has non-slip feet that help it sort of stick to the carpet area or you can use the 4 pads provided to stick to a smooth floor and then attach the bowl to help it stay in place. Can’t comment on suitability for travelling as don’t do that with my cat but I’m guessing it would be great. Good price in my opinion. I see someone’s dog chewed the bowl so that may be a consideration if you have a chewer.

amazing so good i bought a second one. one for inside and one for on the road. velcro feet but wider base for stability good sealed lip and middle sections v.clever to enable the non spill aspect. perfect for my 4 month old spaniel ears to not get a dunk every time he has a drink. also has been successfully put in his crate in the car whilst out and about and also happily sits in the footwell of the back seats.

This is a really nice quality item. We have two Cavaliers & a Golden Retrever retriever which regularly travel with us in our motorhome. Having had numerous water spills from regular dog bowls, we thought we'd give one of these a try.We are so glad we did. Although it initially seems expensive for a plastic water bowl, id say it was easily worth the extra over a regular bowl. The weight of the bowl is impressive and A perforated plastic insert inside the bowl floats just under the surface which seems to do a great job of keeping the contents inside and the Velcro on the bottom surface really anchors it to the rug in our motorhome. An added bonus is that because only a small amount of water sits above the floating insert, the spaniels don't get wet ears like they used to and the slobber associated with our Retriever is almost reduced to zero. It's so good that we're buying a second one to keep at home. Excellent product

Wow amazing product, Both myself and Husband had slipped on Tilled Kitchen floor even with a six foot runner under old bowl, as we have a Labrador who seems to store water in his mouth and lets it run out all over the tiles. I thought one of us would break a bone or hip and we only in our 30`s. So good we ordered another bowl lot cheaper then hospital parking. The best thing is our Labradors are civilized drinkers wish they world invent a food bowl.WOULD SAY YOU CAN FILL THE WATER BOWL ABOVE THE FILL LEVEL FOR HOME USE AND GOOD IDEA TO KEEP A TOP UP WATER BOTTLE HANDY IF YOU HAVE MORE THEN ONE DOG.

Our kitten was splashing water all over the floor every time he drank from his bowl, so we got this thing, which limits how much water he can access at any one time. It definitely did the trick.Only downside is that it's a bit fiddly and has sharp edges that cut into my hands if I take it apart to swap the water - and it's hard to swap out all the water without taking it apart, probably by design :)).Now that our kitten's all grown up and more civilised, we gave up on the rate limiter and just use it as a normal water bowl, and that's still great.

I ordered this pet bowl because its supposed to prevent your pet from splashing/ tipping the bowl over. My Maine Coon cat is a devil for slashing water everywhere and tipping his bowl over so I thought this would help. The good thing is I can stick it to the floor with the sticky velcro pads provided so that part of the problem was fixed!However, the insert of the bowl doesn't float to the top like it should..It did at first when but as soon as my cat puts his paw in the bowl, he pushes the inner part down and it gets stuck and doesn't float back to the top so all the water just sits at the top. Therefore it's useless for what I need it for. It's as if the inner part needs to be smaller so it won't get stuck at the bottom and will rise up again properly. Really disappointed with it. Contacted customer services and they have asked me to return it for a full refund.

Brilliant water bowl. I've only used it I the house so far but it's saved me a Lot of mopping. I do home boarding and daycare for dogs and therefore can have a lot running around when it's busy. When excited and playing, it wasn't unusual for water dishes to go flying across the floor and spilling everywhere. With this new dish, that doesn't happen. There is still some dripping from jowly dogs but nothing like there used to be. Highly recommended.
