Assembly is very difficult . Giant pain
Took several hours to assemble over several days. Instructions are terrible. Extra bolts and bolts missing from other pieces. Had to run to hardware store to find some jerry -rig parts. Very flimsy. Took it to a bike shop and they charged us $150 just to say we got what we got. Couldn’t really fix anything. Doesn’t shift right and electric power is not there when u want it. Nothing like we expected

Hell to assemble
You are better off going to a store and picking up bike that is ready to ride. Directions on how to assemble is not good. Contact to company is not there. I would not buy again.
