In my opinion these are great pans!!!
I purchased these on a good special awhile back and I am pleased with the quality, versatility and the weight of the pans are just fin for me. I have found the heat distribution to be even, I actually find myself using lower heat setings on the glass cook top and it is easy cleaning when I'm finished cooking -- I just rinse these with water, a small amount of Dawn Dish Soap, a soft paper towel and I don't use metal utensils when cooking or anything abrasive when I rinse them off. One other thing I will point out is the fact that I never put these pans in the Dishwasher and I honestly think these Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pans are going to last because I don't subject them to high temperatures or use things that might adversely affect the Ceramic Nonstick Finish! I love these Frying Pans and I definitely recommend them! If you take care of them they will last for years.

Fantastic Green Pans
The best pans I have ever had. Buy Green pans. They are wonderful. No sticking, on stove top or in oven if the handle is metal. Great pans.

What a deal! They seem to be giving these pans away.
These pans are A+ in my book. They are well made, the perfect size for everyday cooking, and healthy so you are not ingesting leached poisons into your foods. They have a nice weight and balance... and a good look about them. The ceramic-coated stainless steel is a hard combination to find. Most pans are aluminum coated with ceramic; a cheap combination. Now, these pans do have an aluminum core sealed with two stainless steel sides, top and bottom, for even heat distribution. That way no aluminum {a poisonous metal to humans) comes in contact with your food. So, they are safe to use. You can't go wrong buying this pan set... what a bargain.

Well made
These pans seem well made and are super easy to clean (I hand wash). I use a tiny amount of oil when cooking and so far nothing has stuck (eggs slide right out). They are a nice weight - not too light or heavy. I wish the handles were a few inches longer but not a big deal. Very nice product.

Total Joke!
These are hands down the worst pans I’ve owned. Mainly because they are “non-stick”. I bought them to avoid poisons like teflon, but also didn’t want stainless due to the cleaning involved. But, from day one just know that cleaning them is nearly impossible. Everything sticks and burns. I have an electric stove and only heat them to a 4 or 5 setting but that doesn’t matter. I’ve had sauces stick, eggs, etc. Bacon and meats are the worst. When I go to cook I almost get mad that I own these and now just use my Circulon pan instead, unless I have to use these. The pictures attached are from cooking bacon on level 4. The final picture is after 10 minutes of cleaning and scraping burnt bits of bacon of with my finger nails, still not clean. What’s funny is they say that they are metal utensil safe, but you can only use a sponge to clean them. Not a nylon brush, not a scrubber sponge and so on. But you can use metal tools…what? I have a silicon sponge which works fine with everything else I own except these. With these it’s great for smearing soap on top of burnt food. To wrap that up. Just buy stainless steel and be happier, cause if you have to scrub them, at least you don’t have to use your finger nails.

These are NOT non stick
We need steel pans for our induction stove. For years have used Scanpan non-stick steel pans and have loved them - but they are expensive. Now that they are 10 years old and a bit scratched, I thought we might do well with these pans as a replacement they are a lot cheaper. We chose them because they are one all-steel exterior frying pans (not aluminum with stick-on steel bottom nonsense). Well these Greenpan's worked well for about 8 weeks. And now they stick like crazy! Even eggs with butter. Oiled fish skins stick as well, cannot pan fry a piece of fish. It's back to Scanpan... you really get what you pay for. If you want durable non-stick pans, go Scanpan CTS. They are a bit heavy, but heat-distribution-wise that's an advantage. R

Love these pans!
Love these pans! Came without any scratches or chips. They’re heavy duty. They need little oil to cook. Work great on a glass top stove. And they clean up super easy with just a little water, soap, and rag. We ended up buying the lids separately and are very pleased with the whole set.

Great Pans
Work better than others on my Induction cook top. Even heat dispersion vs old pans. Easy to clean. Winner so far!
