Does it have pickups ( as in "Electric Saw" )........? * ? * ?

No pickups. A saw is very, very loud. Most of the time I can play it anywhere and be heard. If you need a little kick just use your favorite mic on a boom stand.

I don’t see a hole on top of it how would I attach my musical saw handle?

You are correct, there is no way to use a "screw on" handle with this saw. I looked at a couple websites and found a handle attached to a block with a slot at the end of the block. The slot slides over the end of the saw (nice and snug) and that way you can bend the blade easily without relying on your finger tips.
