I follow Chef Cuso on social media and when I googled best pork rubs for smoking meats this was a popular pick and I can see why. As seen in my pictures I used it for the dry rub on some pork belly burnt ends this past weekend (also good for poultry and fish) and it was absolutely delicious. I plan on buying more of Chef Cuso's products. Highly recommend!

Tastes amazing. Not too salty nor sweet. Has been good on everything so far.

Seasoning seal came off with lid when I opened it like it wasn’t sealed. Have had good luck with cusos tequila lime habanero, this stuff smells pretty good! Will try soon

It should be called GOAT seasoning because it’s the greatest of all time works on everything.

I am a big fan of sweet BBQ, especially pork. I cannot reccomend this rub enough. My only complaint is it seems to take a lot of rub to achieve a good cover. I feel like I go through half a container nearly to get 1 set of babybacks covered to my liking. However, this could be due to preference. If I could, I'd rate 6 of 5.

My Dirt arrived in a damaged container. I put a generous amount of Dirt on my rib eye and let it sit for three hours before grilling. I pulled it off the grill at 135° and let it rest for 10 minutes. It looked awesome but I couldn’t taste any salt. Two hours later I burped and it tasted like charcoal. I suggest you supplement with real salt.
